BizPort, Ltd., current owner of Dave Jones & Associates, has recently acquired Courier One Express. BizPort offers a range of services designed to support the back office and administrative functions of businesses, professional service firms, government agencies and non-profit organizations. The name change for both Dave Jones & Courier One will happen over the next 12 months.

Craig C. Bram, president of BizPort, stated, “The companies that make up BizPort have excellent reputations in their respective businesses and our customers have tremendous confidence in our ability to deliver quality products and services.” Bram continued, “We are excited to bring together these two businesses making it easier for our customers to go to one provider for their back office and administrative needs. BizPort will be actively seeking acquisitions to compliment our existing services.”

Bizport currently provides the following services:

• Dave Jones & Associates - Copying services including black and white and full color to the litigation and corporate markets; document scanning and imaging; 2 color and 4 color printing; wide format/oversized reproduction for architects, engineers and contractors; bulk mailing; and other ancillary services.
• Courier One Express – courier and logistics services; and process service.
