BIZPORT offers process service to attorneys and law offices using a network of process servers covering all jurisdictions in Virginia. Through our affiliates in the National Association of Process Servers, we can also serve your papers anywhere in the U.S. and Canada.
We are available to you 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. BIZPORT will contact you when service of your papers is complete and, at your request, can provide proof of service. We offer notary service on all papers that require court filings and all filing fees are included in our competitive rates – so you don’t have to worry about extra mailings or missing court dates. BIZPORT also offers immediate service of Garnishment Summons.
Servers are required to complete training on new regulations and procedures and are required to carry ID badges.
